Package 5: Startup Setup & Launch Support

Ideal for new business owners (sole proprietors, LLCs, S Corps) needing initial setup and guidance for a strong financial foundation.

Includes:

  • Business Formation Consultation: Guidance on bookkeeping needs for Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, and S Corps, plus an overview of tax implications.

  • Financial System Setup: Setting up accounting software (QuickBooks, Wave, etc.) customized for the client’s business.

  • Payroll Setup: Initial setup and configuration of payroll within the software (if needed).

  • Chart of Accounts Customization: Building a chart of accounts specific to the business, so financial reports are relevant and organized.

  • Expense Tracking & Record-Keeping Best Practices: Training on categorizing expenses and understanding best practices for tracking receipts and invoices.

Rates:
